📖 “My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.” – John 10:27

The enemy roars to distract and deceive, but God speaks to guide and protect. Think about it—when a lion roars, it creates fear, confusion, and paralysis in its prey. Satan does the same with his lies. He whispers, “You’re not good enough. God doesn’t really love you. You really messed up, now. You’ll never be free.” But those are only roars, not truth. We have to be willing to see ourselves as God sees us: treasured, cherished, valulable, and adored. We are worthy because Christ redeemed us. We are washed by the blood and that blood has made us worthy. We are who HE says we are!!

Jesus tells us that His sheep know His voice (John 10:27). When we fill our hearts with God’s Word, we drown out the enemy’s noise. The enemy may be loud, but he is not Lord. His lies hold no power unless we believe them.

James 4:7 gives us a clear battle plan: “Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” Notice the order—submit to God first, then resist the enemy. You don’t have to fight in your own strength; you just have to stand in the truth.
