We want you to love your naturally based skincare products! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Window
Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their order to initiate a return for unwanted or damaged items.
Return Options
We offer:
- Exchange: Swap your item for another product.
- Store Credit: Receive a credit to use toward your next purchase at www.heartrockhills.com. All we ask is that you contact us via email or phone so we can make the adjustment
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
- Store credit does not expire.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us via contact form below within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable (especially for damaged items).
- We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions for the return.
Return Conditions
- Buyers Remorse/Wrong product selection Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- We will cover the cost to ship the item back and the exchange item.
- Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, not on the receipt/packing slip, please contact us immediately. We will require a photo of the damaged item.
We will make it right with a replacement or store credit at no extra cost to you.
