Scripture: Isaiah 40:29 – “He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might He increases strength.”

Life often drains us—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The weight of responsibilities, struggles, and unexpected trials can leave us weary. But God never intended for us to rely on our own strength. Instead, He invites us to lean on Him, to draw from His endless well of power and grace.

Throughout Scripture, we see God strengthening His people. When Moses felt inadequate, God empowered him to lead. When Elijah was exhausted, God provided for him. When Paul faced hardships, God reminded him, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness” (2 Corinthians 12:9).

God’s strength is not just for the “strong” but for the weak, the weary, and the worn-out. When you feel like you can’t take another step, remember that He is your sustainer. He carries you when you cannot walk, lifts you when you fall, and fills you with endurance when you feel empty.

Reflect today: Where in your life do you need God’s strength? Surrender your burdens to Him and trust that He will renew you.
