Scripture: Malachi 3:6 – “For I the Lord do not change; therefore you, O children of Jacob, are not consumed.”

God’s unchanging nature is a source of comfort and security. In a world where everything shifts, flip-flops, and changes, He remains the same. His promises stand firm, His love is steadfast, and His sovereignty is unshakable. When life feels uncertain, hold fast to the truth that God is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Throughout the Bible, we see how God’s consistency is a foundation for our faith. Abraham, Moses, and David all experienced the steadfast nature of God, and their lives were radically shaped by His faithfulness. Because God does not change, we can trust that His promises are still true today. The same God who led His people through the Red Sea is leading you now. The same God who empowered the apostles empowers you today.

When you feel overwhelmed by the noise and chaos of the world, remember that God is your anchor. Listen for His still small voice. His character does not waver, and His truth does not fade with time. He is a firm foundation upon which you can build your life. Dive into His Word and find confidence in His faithfulness.

Reflect today: In what areas of your life do you need to trust in God’s unchanging nature? Are you willing to surrender your worries to Him, and let His consistency bring peace to your heart.
