If you are a believer in Christ Jesus, do you truly grasp the power that lives within you?

It’s hard to wrap our minds around, but the very Spirit of the living God dwells in us. Let that sink in. The Spirit that…

Spoke the universe into existence now lives in you.
Parted the Red Sea now lives in you.
Raised Jesus from the grave now lives in you.

How often do we live as if we are weak, powerless, or at the mercy of sin and struggle? That is not who we are in Christ.

Many believers know about the power of the Holy Spirit, but few truly walk in it. We live in fear, doubt, anxiety, and sinful patterns, all while the same power that raised Christ from the dead dwells inside us.

The truth is, you are no longer a slave to sin, fear, or the desires of your flesh. You are empowered by the Holy Spirit to live in freedom, holiness, and victory.

Living in the Power of the Holy Spirit

It’s one thing to know this truth, but it’s another thing to believe it to the point of transformation.

When temptation knocks, do you remember that sin has no dominion over you? (Romans 6:14)
When fear creeps in, do you remind yourself that God has given you a spirit of power, love, and a sound mind? (2 Timothy 1:7)
When doubt tries to shake you, do you declare that the Spirit of truth lives in you? (John 16:13)

It’s Time to Walk in This Power

If you have surrendered your life to Jesus, you have access to the supernatural power of God. You don’t have to live in bondage to old habits, fears, or doubts.

Will you choose to believe that the Spirit of God truly lives in you?
Will you walk in the freedom and power that He has given you?

You have the Spirit of God within you—now it’s time to live like it.
